Define Core Values

A Lean Organization requires teamwork, trust, and respect for people, so it is key to articulate your core values at the same time as you define your Lean Strategy.
Think of your core values as the signposts that will guide your workforce toward your ultimate goal of having a Lean culture in your company.
The core values should be the few key things that are most important to your organization—not a shopping list. They should be simple and lasting.
